The hotel's position was historic, close enough to the garden, still, and churches. We saw Burford Golf Club, that's at a moderate distance from the venue. The food was savoury and we liked it.

I stayed at Angel At in Burford and had a great experience. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable. Although there was some noise from the rooms above the pub until the restaurant closed, it didn't affect our stay. The staff and owner were welcoming, despite being busy. The food was excellent, both for dinner in the restaurant and breakfast. The location was also great, just off the main street of the town. a nice room and a good breakfast.
